i like the shot anj :)

only thing id really recommend with this..is to use a ND filter

if ya can afford it...the singh ray vari nd filter ..is brilliant for this sorta thing

gives you up to 8 extra stops...that filter is so f***'n amazing --just take a look t this baby ---> [link]

would allow you to shoot an even longer exposure of the water ..and the greens would still maintain a lush darkness

for thats my only qualm with this image.....is the greenery

but other than that ..keep up the good job hun

I did use an ND filter :bucktooth:

hehe yea..i gathered that
as you pulled off a bit of a long exposure

but there are variances with nd's ..and people stack more as well to get 4 stops and such

the vari nd i linked to .....gives up to 8 .....and would leave the greens a much richer colour.....then the closely over exposed greens you have

which for the shot..you did perfectly
not questioning your talents here .....you did great

just was giving the idea..and if you have the money ..its a great filter to have for such purposes :)
as i think the image would be much stronger..with darker greens

but thats just my opinion / constructive criticism

 and tries not to bump into your buckteeth ;)

The one I have I think is 4 stops - I can't remember as I don't get to use it much. But yeah, I'm aware of the variations in the filters - I just don't have the money to buy anything at the moment let alone spend cash on filters :hmm:
